2. PHONE INTERVIEWS
Candidate discusses opportunity and qualifications with HR representative.
3. INTERVIEWS
Our Human Resources Team reaches out to candidate to schedule interview virtually or on campus. Candidate will meet with hiring manager and potential future colleagues in a series of 1:1 discussions.
4. ASSESSMENT
Smucker team debriefs to evaluate candidate potential.
5. DECISION
Smucker follows up–either making an offer or explaining the decision not to hire.
