A marketing veteran with more than 20 years of experience leading and growing global brands. Gail is a business-minded brand builder with a proven track record of supporting growth through the alignment of data, creativity and adaptive technologies.

The J.M. Smucker Co. proudly builds brands consumers love and a key to delivering on that bold ambition is offering culturally relevant marketing that makes our brands stand out in the competitive categories we participate in. Leading this effort is Gail Hollander, Chief Marketing Officer.

In her role, Gail leads the Company’s marketing organization with oversight over the consumer experience, insights, creative and design functions. This organization has spearheaded the transformation of the Company’s brands over the past few years, earning industry recognitions for its work and inspiring a dramatic increase in brand share across the portfolio.

Prior to joining Smucker, Gail served as President, Group Client Lead for Publicis Groupe. In this role, she led the company’s work with Smucker, including building a custom crafted Power of One model.  This innovative model infused creativity and a data-focused approach that helped propel key brands and made them more relevant to today’s consumers.

Gail graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in child and family studies.
